April 2020 box

To our Rad Dads and their loved ones,

Here is your April box! This month’s theme is “Social Distancing” and we’ve included a number of products to help you and your baby adjust to life under quarantine. Our print shop was a victim of the coronavirus pandemic and has sadly been temporarily shut down; therefore, please accept this from us in lieu of your monthly insert. 

Before we discuss this month's box, we wanted to invite you to join us for our weekly Rad Dad Story Time at 2:30 pm Central Time on Facebook. You are also welcome to join our Facebook support group.

Our book this month, “Lejos/Far”, is a bilingual Spanish/English book that captures the atmosphere of the moment as we all try to keep each other and ourselves safe and healthy. A little boy and his father walk through their house, city, and the outdoors. We hope this beautifully illustrated book will keep you and your little one entertained at home.

For our toddler and baby toys, we’ve chosen products that either fit within the theme of “quarantine baking” (toy pizzas, donut rattle), so your child can play along, or that are inspired by this month’s book selection (sun rattle). 

We’ve also included hand soap, since handwashing is very important now, as well as hand sanitizer for our Deluxe box customers.

Last of all, since many of us are turning to comfort food now, we’ve also included a bag of honey sriracha potato chips for you, as well as a pair of stroopwafels for our Deluxe box customers. Deluxe Box customers will also be receiving a set of 6 puzzle blocks from BeginAgain. Older children (2 and up) can start using these to build on their problem solving skills, while younger babies can use them like regular blocks for stacking, knocking over, and more!
